  • Exiting from Guard

LEVEL 3

  • Focus Mitt Combinations (Standing, Ground)
  • Arm Bar from the Guard
  • Guard - Sit Up & Sweep
  • Guard Escape (Stacking)

LEVEL 3

  • Review: Full Mount (Position, Striking, Exit from Mount)
  • Review: Elbow Escape from Full Mount

  • Side Mount, Transition to Full Mount

  • Mounted, Defense vs. Punches
  • Mounted, Trap & Roll
  • Elbow Escape
  • Ground/Standing Self-Defense Drills

LEVEL 3

  • Review: Knees
  • Inside Defenses with Counterattacks
  • Outside Defenses #1-4
  • Stick, Overhead (incorporating takeaway)
