  • 360 Defenses with Counterattacks

LEVEL 3

  • Review: Defensive Front Kick, Side Kick, Back Kick
  • Review: Kick Off from Guard
  • Review: Headlock from Side
  • Choke from the Side on Ground (Kick to Face)
  • Headlock from the Side on the Ground (position)

  • Review: Straight Punches
  • Knees (controlling opponent)
  • Stacking Multiple Attackers
  • Choke form the Front

LEVEL 2

  • Review: Straight Punches, Heel Strikes
  • Review: Arm Pulls, Wrist Releases (All Angles)
  • Advancing Front Kick
  • Choke from Behind, Against Wall
  • Choke from Behind, with Pull

LEVEL 3

  • Review: Choke from the Front, 1-Hand Pluck
  • Guard Reversals
  • Choke from the Side on Ground (Kick to Face)
  • Choke from the Side on Ground (Takedown)

  • Guard Reversals
  • Choke from the Side on Ground (Kick to Face)
  • Choke from the Side on Ground (Takedown)

LEVEL 3

  • Thai Pad Combinations
  • Review: Bearhug, Front (leverage on neck, attacking eyes)
  • Review: Bearhugs, Lifting (Front, Behind)
  • Drills!!
