Class Descriptions
Fast Defense For Children:
Every day our children are in DANGER ZONES
where inappropriate and sometimes violent behavior
occurs. Krav Maga teaches children how to overcome
the natural fear and excitement of a confrontation
and deal with it properly.
Anti-Bully Training- This program teaches children
creative and powerful skills to deal with difficult
situations that they may have to face. Using
non-violent strategies, children learn how to
effectively avoid, control and de-escalate a bullies
aggression.
Stranger Danger Training: This portion teaches
children how to avoid unwelcome attention from adult
predators. Children learn avoidance, how to use
their voice and body language to make them less
likely victims, and how to fight off an adult
predator using full force strikes and kicks against
our padded assailants!
