Hello everyone,
I have my level 2 test in 11 days....Just getting over bronchitis, any ideas on how to approach the test after being sick for a week?

Pace yourself in the test. I would also do a couple days of cardio to get your lungs cleared out.

If you have a treadmill or stationary bike one of the things I like to do is read my notebook or even better watch the technique DVD while doing cardio.
I know it might sound odd but focusing on the techniques your about to be tested on while under physical stress has always helped me in the past.
Good luck on the test!
CJ's Dad just gave you the ticket to the show....imho

Fatigue kills your brain
I remember during a test in a different style I was doing what they called a ìtechnique lineî basically a guy comes at you and you donít know what hes going to throw and you defend.
After a few guys Iím dog tired and an instructor stopped me and said ok describe to the board the names of the techniques you just did. I drew a complete blank so I said ìsir I have no idea he came in I reacted and muscle memory took overî
