MONI AIZIK: \"CO-FOUNDER\" OF KRAV MAGA

I have truthfully never heard of that name until recently. When I got my April issue of Black Belt Magazine, I saw this article about the Military Origin of Krav Maga in which the author claimed that Krav Mag was not solely created by Imi Lichtenfeld and that Moni Aizik also helped develop the style. The author also claimed that Imi only received all the credit mainly because Moni shied away form the limelight. Does anybody know how truthful is this?

Honestly, I don't know much, and don't want to comment on what I know. Any interest in Mr. Aizik should be directed to him. Our new forum has thus far avoided this sort of thing, and I'd like to keep it that way.
