New to Krav and this site

Hello! This is my first post. Had a break-in when my boys and I were napping, confronted the guy in the hallway, and fortunately he ran out, but I had to think "what if". Was recommended to Krav. I attended a seminar to benefit PAR and loved it. I joined a six-week women's self-defense class at my local center. After it's over I'm joining and so is my husband. My friends think I'm nuts for this "rough stuff", but it's been a lifesaver! I'm loving every minute and wishing I could go more! Thanks, and looking forward to talking with everyone.

Welcome. I'm glad to hear that your incident went as well as it did. One good thing that will come out of this is that you'll always understand why you're training. Keep that incident in mind and you'll always train with realism.
