Hello .
I am from Prairieville,LA and am interested in KM for physical fitness and self defense .
I have never trained in any form of martial arts but have had self defense courses from work in a max security prison .
I would appreciate any guidance that is offerred.
I am looking for a KM instructor in South Louisiana.
