We are very excited to be offering a female only 3 hour self defense seminar here in Spokane!
With the recent increase of robberies & assaults of the local coffee stand woman here in Spokane we are taking a proactive approach by giving these women a chance to fight back!
Any and all women are invited to come and learn the simple, yet highly effective form of self defense called Krav Maga!
In this 3 hour seminar you will learn effective striking, choke defenses, how to use almost anything as a weapon and situational awareness to stay safe!
When: January 16th from 1-4 pm
Where: 116 E Augusta Spokane Wa
Cost: $25 per person
