Bert informed me that he saw some of my posts on this forum, specifically the ones complaining about 1) Lay Downs and 2) Crossfit. :shock: And yes, Bert digs Crossfit. *shudder* I think he said he ordered some of the weighted balls or something, and he's thinking about a pull up bar. I can't remember the entire conversation ~ I was too busy panicking.

Garddawg, he's starting us out slowly I think. We did some of the crazy burpee-type exercises (the ones with the well-earned colorful names) in our warm ups. I was none too pleased.

Actually, there is one thing I'm looking forward to. I'd like to be able to do pull ups someday. I have weenie bird arms, and I'm growing tired of them.

That and manly push ups. :D I watch you guys do them, and I'm terribly envious. Elbows in, straight back, controlled ~ very cool.
