Hello! I'm living in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia and checking out Krav Maga for the first time Saturday. Looking forward to it!

yeah for the first probably 4 classes i threw up at the end of the warm up but it gets better fast

Its not a new thing after going through three belt levels in the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program, just been a while since I've had to do it. I'm just happy I found a place to train that kicks my butt and teaches practical technique at the same time.
