I think I may have done this the wrong way round as I have already posted some questions before a welcome post. Anyhow...
I'm Irish, living in London in my early 30s. I did Karate to second brown in my teens but never felt it would help me in an actual fight. This fact I mentioned to people in work a few weeks ago and the girl and guy either side of me said did I ever hear of Krav Maga. They didnt do it but it is getting quite popular around the gyms in London nowadays apparently.
After my first lesson I felt very sore the next day, knuckles, arms and probably the most in my stomach muscles which are still sore. I think as I never go to the gym that I have never used these muscles before which is probably the reason.
Well thats my story. looking forward to contributing as much I can.
