Default KM Weekly Training Schedule

Hi there, I am a new Krav Maga student looking for some advice on how to structure my training during days when I don't have my twice weekly classes.

I currently train with light gymnastics and power-lifting, with some running thrown in, for about an hour a day.

I would like to do some more KM specific training; I have a punching bag (I used to box), gym equipment, and about an hour a day. How should I go about planning my week to compliment my KM training? How much bag work, mirror work, etc...?

thanking you,
David

Concentrate on proper punching form and footwork. After about 10 minutes each, find the distance at which your punch will make contact with the bag without knocking it across the room and practice your jabs and strong side punches. After that, move closer and practice hooks and elbows. Move back and practice your push kicks, move in a little and practice round kicks and leg kicks. Move even closer and practice knees. ALL using light contact. Youre just practicing and dont want to hurt yourself.
