What is the affiliation between KM and crossfit?
I am trying to understand the affiliation between some KM schools and crossfit. CF is hard core conditioning, a friend did it, but I have some previous injuries and when I have done P90X I almost couldn't walk because of my knee joint, one of the injured areas. From my understand CF and P90X both share high intensity training. Is this a requirement for all KM schools to do intense cardio. My cardio is good, but I am not looking to jack my knee joint on a regular basis or re-injure my lower back.
