Is it legit? I'm not sure which location its affiliated.

I might switch to it if its legit, I've been in my Krav place for a month and a half and it seems that most of the stuff we work on is conditioning for the first 40 to 45 minutes and then 15 to 20 minutes of self defense. I get the feeling that other people who have been there for years have only been reviewing instead of learning new methods.

So is the link I posted a legit Krav place? I'm not sure which Krav Maga organization its affiliated with. I'm kind of leaning with the place I linked because they offer Krav training for 6 days a week unlike the 2 days a week I get at my current Krav place.

They're not really saying anything about what their background is in any of it. Just I studied this this and this and from that came up with my own system and we call it MMA...not judging the quality just looking at who they say they are...if I was ranked in Kyokushin I'd use it or kr
av or grappling. If I wrestled in college I'd use it to establish value. Their not...if that helps you

I think I'd be emailing them first to ask under what instructor gave him his ranking and what organization that was. Any other details they give would be helpful. As already mentioned, it is very vague.

It says he has TRAINED in all sorts of stuff. So have I. Doesn't mean I'm certified to teach it.

You went there with the intentions of learning krav maga, all the other systems they've trained in has no bearing on his KM qualifications, ask what org he got certified with and who were his instructors. Should be easy enough.

45minutes of cardio.......if that's the case, may be making up for lack of content with a high octane kickboxing class, so people walk out feeling like they got a great workout.

I don't know any of these guys personally, but there are several legit schools in the East Bay area that sound like they'd be worth checking out.
