Hello all :)

I live in the North West of England and I have found a Krav Maga club near me :)

I've been looking into Krav Maga and thought this would be a great place to have a look and discuss!

Aged 18 I was 22.5 stone, very fat, unhealthy, overweight and unfit. Now aged 21 after some determination and hard work I'm at 15.5 stone and I love cardio and weight training!

I've always been interested in self defence. I did some research on various martial arts and from reading up it would seem that Krav Maga is best suited to me.

Anyhow, that's a little bit about me :)
