Hello members of the Krav Maga forum!
I'm not sure what the guidelines are for new members on this forum, but some forums require an introduction when new members join. So, please consider this my introduction. I'm 42, in pretty good shape, like to lift weights, play Wallyball, and bicycle. My son and I took Krav Maga lessons for about 4 months last year. We both really enjoyed it. My interests are to learn more about self defense techniques, and practice routines my son and I can do at home. I'm looking forward to learning from you all.
