Default Level 2 Test coming up====any advice

Hello everyone,

I have my level 2 test in 11 days....Just getting over bronchitis, any ideas on how to approach the test after being sick for a week?

Pace yourself in the test. I would also do a couple days of cardio to get your lungs cleared out.

If you have a treadmill or stationary bike one of the things I like to do is read my notebook or even better watch the technique DVD while doing cardio.

I know it might sound odd but focusing on the techniques your about to be tested on while under physical stress has always helped me in the past.

I remember during a test in a different style I was doing what they called a ìtechnique lineî basically a guy comes at you and you donít know what hes going to throw and you defend.

After a few guys Iím dog tired and an instructor stopped me and said ok describe to the board the names of the techniques you just did. I drew a complete blank so I said ìsir I have no idea he came in I reacted and muscle memory took overî

LOL.. no just shows that you may forget but if your tired the body will remember.
