I know this sounds like a fairly lame topic, especially for my first post, however I think it does deserve an answer.

How long does it take for the NTC to send out rank certificates after a student has passed the test and his instructor has submitted the test results?

No problem! I assume you are talking about diplomas for students:

It shouldn't take too long -- a couple of weeks because we have had the names calligraphied. Sometimes we get jammed up, or the calligrapher messes up, and it can be a bit longer.

We have sometimes gotten complaints only to find that the school never sent the names in to us.

Also, we are changing the format and design of the diplomas slightly to avoid logjams in the future.
