I learned a very valuable lesson from the first book.
KM people don't return books very quickly.  I had about 5 people ask me to look at my book and it took me a while to get it back. So this time I won't tell them I got it.

Blindfold - where you advance ordering from? At least in my experience, it wasn't worth it. My advance order from overstock ending up coming like 2 weeks AFTER the release was out. Then I found out my center carried them..duh
 I know some people ordered from amazon but don't recall how their experience went
