Default km sherman oaks
we were in long beach for the world cup challenge. so i headed up to sherman oaks and got a few days of training in. had a great time, i ended up aggravating injury on my right shoulder( my fault) so i missed saturday and sunday.
i look forward to visiting again. just no wrestling! lol

I have always heard good things about the Sherman Oaks crew. Its the one school I really want to visit if and when I ever make it out to LA

If I only lived closer to SO I would definitely train there regularly. The regular instructors that teach there IMHO are better and the students are great. The fight classes is top notch.
