KM Bag

When it comes to a Krav Maga fitness training class that focuses on strength training, dynamic flexibility, and heavy bag work, we have KM Bag. KM Bag is an intense workout that combines fitness and fighting, giving students the perfect environment to focus on building muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. Students will learn correct body alignment so that they can maximize the efficiency of each workout session. They will refine Krav Maga self-defense techniques through repetition, and ultimately build a better body.

Cardio Con

Krav Maga Worldwide’s Cardio Con is a class designed around increasing your speed, building a stronger physique, and achieving a new sense of self-confidence. There is no Olympic weightlifting, just fast-paced, high-intensity workout routines where you put your body to the test—and additionally use a medicine ball or dumbbell. Be prepared—your body will feel it, and you’ll never be more proud of yourself.

    Mobility

 Our mobility Krav Maga fitness training class is a combination of physical therapy and yoga—           however, it is unlike anything you’ve seen before. We focus on increasing your resilience, flexibility, and overall performance, that way you can feel better in everything you do—even outside of the workout. Be prepared to stretch and practice breathing. By using bands, straps, blocks, and balls you will become the healthiest version of yourself that you can be.

 CrossFit

Krav Maga CrossFit is a program built around changing individuals on the inside and out. If your main reason for looking into Krav Maga fitness training is so that you can feel more confident with your body’s appearance, CrossFit is the right class for you.
