Agression Training

Hi All,

I am from a small town in Victoria, Australia where Krav Maga has pretty much no exposure or places to train at all.

I have done martial arts for many years (Kyokushin/Thai Boxing) and with a few friends we have adopted a number of similar methods of training to Krav Maga or atleast started adapting ‘traditional’ techniques to be more street worthy.

I think this is a good video. Just started training in krav maga. Have darren levine’s complete krav maga book and this type of agression training is right up krav maga’s alley! I have also studied thai boxing, jeet kundo , boxing and kickboxing, so i think this is very good agression training!

I like the idea but I’m not crazy about a few of the drills in the video. Too many training scars IMO.
