I was watching this movie on YouTube and saw them holding up a face to practice punching – I tried finding one online, but all I got was the full Bob.
Does anyone know where to get one?
Thank you in advance.

Re: Punching dummy "face"
I used these for the first time the other day. It’s a great tool! It really changes up the drills because you’re not just hitting mitts anymore… hitting the nose feels “weird,” you don’t want to hit them in the forehead either (it doesn’t hurt hitting it, but you don’t want to train to hit in the forehead…) I end up wanting to do palm heel strikes instead. It also helps because you can throw effective hooks and uppercuts without worrying if the pad holder is holding it properly.
