Hi all. I recently started my first Krav Class. It was cool. Had to learn new stance and how to punch. Krav is no joke. I intend to take this very seriously.
I know I’m going to have to practice what I learned at home as well j. I’m on the old side , so not going to go too fast but I’m going to bring my best. This is the start of a beautiful journey.
