Hey guys, new to Krav Maga, I was wondering if anyone knows of any useful wall mounted/freestanding punch gear? Something I can focus punches from all angles, plus elbow strikes, knee and groin strikes etc?

I’m getting something along these lines in the next month or so – being about 1/5th the cost of a BOB. I’ll let you know if it works out! Looks like the ball is a good height to practice knees and lower kicks on which is tricky with a BOB, but BOB would help more with accuracy to the head area.

You may want to look into this one. Of course I make no profit and it is a very good product if you want to get scientifical with your kicks and punches.

I now use an everflex freestanding bag from Everlast. It’s portable and great for striking. A couple sets of jigsaw floor mats keeps it from retreating.

Anybody tried one of these dummies? It looks pretty good for practicing the krav handshake (groin kick) as well as all the other combatives. Revgear sells it as well.
