Was thinking of getting one of these as I’m not sure if the walls in my house would take a hanging punchbag

Are they any good?

Some reviewer on amazon said good cos they take up a small amount of space which would be handy for me

just wondering if anyone has one or has used one for some more opinions

I’m sure that they are fine but just bear in mind that you need plenty of room around the bag to work unless of course you are just going to mainly practice punching drills.
