Thanks for the feedback…it’s now on order.
Are there any books or courses describing the typical aerobic or strength training recommended to increase capabilities while training? Other than the usual stuff of course.
I’m thinking bodyweight training and a lot of intense (interval) aerobic stuff might be in order…eg; sprints
Thanks again

As for books about conditioning, persons in the group I train with are big into this one by Richard Hatmaker:

i have both of david kahns books and the beginner book from darren levine. the advanced book by david kahn has some redundancy with the intro book. he basically reviews the info from 1st book then goes deeper. the intro book from mr levine is also very informative. i refer to all 3 frequently. mr kahn is affliated with a different krav organization and there are a few differences between some techniques

Thanks Soldier & Tech94…
Appreciate the input. I’ll definitely add Kahn’s advanced book to the list and checkout those physical training resources listed.
Anyone have some advice on Video’s that are worth while? It seems one series has been temporarily taken off the market due to limited supply or updates…

As mentioned in an earlier post i wouldn’t rely solely on then. always best to use them in an addition to guidance from a qualified instructor. great to have a reference material for home training though.Reviews Of The Best Krav Maga Books To Read.
