    Ok so i have finally committed to following the wod to scale everyday. Man is it making me feel like a girl. On the bright side i deadlifted for the first time with weight on the bar the other day. 245#. So maybe this working out stuff is auctually working.

    Cool. Speaking of deadlifting I pulled 415 x 3 yesterday. That’s 2.5 times bodyweight for 3 reps. Pretty happy to with that at age 49.

    yes i saw it! good stuff. good cues. When I open my new facility, i’m planning offering kids program so i’ll be visiting you soon. as for the barbell lift cert, i’m sending another coach this time. I was planning on it but than we talked about it and we want to get different cert. between us so that we compliment each other….plus he signed up 3 month ago.

    He’s name is Mike A. I’m sure he’ll be wearing Team CrossFit shirt..he better be 🙂

    Well, I was having trouble getting going this morning after a break from CF (Mid December) and Kyle supplied me with some much needed motivation, even helped watch the boys while I did Kelly.

    good stuff. congrats! A lot of people forget to train in both strength AND conditioning.

    I’m planning on competing in Olympic lifting in the future so I’m staring to really mix in Olympic lifting/strength routine in with my .com WOD workouts personally. This has really made me very explosive in all my movements especially on the ground.

    I thought I’d post it here, New deadlift PR 275×1!!!!!!!
    I’m jumping off the walls.
    I had not even done this lift until a couple weeks ago. and only picked up like 245# x1. that’s a good improvement.
