I was a member of the forum several years ago but have not posted in a few. I trained in New Orleans for about 2 years off and on between traveling for work. After Katrina I was transfered to Houston and am now getting back to training. Krav Maga Houston finaly opened a school near my home so it is much closer to go and train.
Previously I had taken the level one test and was working on level 2 when Katrina destroyed most of the city. Fortunatly I lived outside the city and was not effected by the floods although we had about 15000.00 of wind damage to the house. The Krav Maga school had closed just before the storm and had begun a different style so no loss no gain. I am going to my first class since 2005 tomorrow and am looking forward to it.
