Just started Krav Maga training about 3 weeks ago. The first class had me sore in places I didn’t know I had muscles, and every class continues to be a challenge, mentally and physically. :box:
The forum has been a great asset, in the weeks leading to my decision to join the class, and also in answering some of my new guy questions since starting. Many thanks to those who make it happen.
Nice to meet you all! :wav:

Welcome to the forum!:wav:
You’re not kidding about the sore part. Just got back into it myself. Yikes
Re: Happy n00b year!
I feel you on the sore part.
As lazy as I have been lately along with eating to much garbage food over the holidays is gonna hurt come next week when Krav school opens back up again.
Add that to the fact my Instructor is revising the curriculum (Probably more Krav Fitness) and I’m going to be one sore puppy.
Re: Happy n00b year!
I *know* the instructor is NOT going to be lenient on our first day back since 12/23, so I’ve been keeping up on some cardio on a daily basis. It’s still gonna hurt though! :Surprised:
