I’ve been lurking for awhile, decided I had better register & say Hi. It’s been about a year since I was out in California. WHAT’S UP SHERMAN OAKS KRAV!
Hopefully, I’ll be out for the second part of Bas’ training in a few months. Not sure how long I’ll be staying, but definately will try to get an extra week or 2 in.
I hope everyone is doing well & remember: :soapbox:
The next time you don’t feel like going to the gym, think about all of us who don’t have access to such awesome instructors and get your A** to class!
Speaking of awesome instructors….Bas was in Chicago for a seminar Monday night, myself and 1 of my students made the trip over. We had a great time & picked up some new tricks/training tips. FLO MMA hosted, they have a great facility & staff.
