Hi,
Im glad I found this site. I just joined an IKMF Krav Maga gym in Minneapolis, Minnesota USA. Ive never done martial arts before and at 38 I must say Im pretty excited about it!
Im pretty active with a long lifting and kettlebell background. I actually found this gym through the kettlebell organization im certified in, subbing for a fellow instructor one of the classes at this gym a couple of times.
Anyways Im brand new to this but super excited. Krav Maga seems very practical and I’ve loved the few classes Ive taken thus far and look forward to more.
Any words of advice for a newbie???
