yeah for the first probably 4 classes i threw up at the end of the warm up but it gets better fast

Its not a new thing after going through three belt levels in the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program, just been a while since I’ve had to do it. I’m just happy I found a place to train that kicks my butt and teaches practical technique at the same time.

yeah mcmap will blend well with krav maga from what i have seen so far

Welcome aboard 🙂 You will surely love KM bow1,even though it might be a lil rough in the beginning,but it is very useful in situations you wont even imagine 🙂
