Iam headed to Houston for a couple of days and am going to try to go to the Krav Mega Houston gym and train. I have the workout times and location.
Is there any one who has trained here that can give me some insight? I am flying down so I do not want to bring a whole lot, do they have loaner gloves? How about locker and showers?
Any info would be appreciated.
