Hy fellow Students
My name is Pascal Im 33 years old, from Vienna Austria
I didnt had any martial arts exeperience before, besides my teenage basketball years…
Training KM since May and doing some Thai Sparring in the spare time
Really proud for my accomplishments like losing weight (30 pounds), building muscles, learning fall breaks and forward roll, all by myself
Ill start, after my yellow belt test with TCS Knife and Axe Fighting Systems.

I just wanted to let you know that I passed the Level 1 (yellow belt) exam:)
Even if I sound cheeesy but daily training, healthy nutrition and determination can change nearly anything in your life
Next goal is to reach my “target” weight, work on the different martial arts that Im interested in and get ready to pass the next Levels exam in 6 months
