This is a video from a seminar in Holland with grandmaster Haim Gideon and his main Instructor Ig’al Arbiv (Israeli Krav Maga Association) – Haim Gideon was a direct trainee under Imi himself and I believe still teaches in a little hole in the wall gym in Netanya, Israel. Ig’al, is the craziest/best Krav Maga practitioner I have ever known. He is an ex-specops operator in a “unit which worked under the Israeli Intelligence Agency” (quote) and already has his own gym farther south. I should recommend taking KM classes with Haim – it is a different world. I trained at Haim’s gym for about 2 years back in 1998.

Another video from IKMA, this time it is Ig’al only training in a seminar in Portugal. Watch the smoothness of his motion, moving from one technique to another, this is the real thing… this guy has a scar across one of his forearms that surprisingly goes through to other side – it’s from a training “accident” involving a real knife.

This video is a picture slideshow only but in it, you can see real training in Haim Gideon’s tiny hole in the wall gym – hardcore Krav Maga in Israel. Also includes some interesting sentinel take downs outside by a car.

    Enjoy.

Yes thank you for posting that.

I enjoyed watching all of them and dream that some day I may come within a fraction of being able to do what I saw.

Everything you saw is possible to learn and perfect. These guys live and breathe Krav however, so their skill is already too much to even require on the street… In other words, don’t worry – you can be excellent without being able to do “a fraction” of what they can do.
