    I am in my lower fifties and need a workout other than the standard gym workout. Not in great shape but not that bad either. Is this for me? A bit intimated to walk into my first class this week. Anyone have any tips?

    Are introductory classes that intense? I’ve been told that the instructor requires all men to wear a cup? Can I really expect to take a kick there in an intro class?

    Sorry for all the questions but this is stepping way out of the box for me. Thanks.

    My dad took Krav for about 3 years. He made it to level 4 before he had to quit because of his knees. He loved it. He’s in his 60’s.

    You won’t get a full powered groin strike in class. It’s more as a precaution.
