I am in my lower fifties and need a workout other than the standard gym workout. Not in great shape but not that bad either. Is this for me? A bit intimated to walk into my first class this week. Anyone have any tips?
Are introductory classes that intense? I’ve been told that the instructor requires all men to wear a cup? Can I really expect to take a kick there in an intro class?
