Yesterday National Training Center Sherman Oaks hosted a free continuing education seminar taught by Jarret Waldman.

The day’s itinerary was broken down as follows:

9:30 Meet/Greet
Level 1 Review & Drills
Level 2 Review & Drills
Level 3 Review & Drills
Knife combatants
Lunch
Roundtable marketing discussion
Long gun – Machine/Shotgun review
5:00 closing discussion

It was great opportunities to not only go over advanced material that we don’t often cover but also to meet instructors from all over the west coast.

We had people in from SF, HB, and both of the San Diego schools.

On a personal note thanks to Christian from San Fran for helping me with my rusty machinegun techniques (specifically shortgun with shoulder strap) and Alice from Bo’s school in HB shes always a great partner.

Hi Everyone! It was great training with all of you. I thought the workshop was fantastic and I look forward to the next scheduled training event (Summer camp?)! Of course, my legs don’t necessarily have the same opinion as they are still reminding me of the warm ups from both Tamara and Jarret. They felt especially good the next night during the round kick absorption drill in class. 🙂

See you also soon and thanks again for a great workshop. Don’t forget to fill out the surveys that Karla sent out!
