    Let Me Ups
    Gi belt around chin-up bar..feet against the wall.lower yourself away from wall & slowly
    pull yourself up till vertical.

    alternated with
    Let Me ins
    Gi belt around door handle at waist level.stand in front of door..lower yourself back till full arm extension..slowly pull yourself vertical.

    We did several sets of these…Really worked the shoulders & upper back.

    Don’t know bout the Let Me Ups but the Let Me Ins sounds alot like the TRX front shoulder raise. Big fan of that one 😉
