    We were doing “scissors” where you stand in sort of a fighting stance, jump in the air and switch legs. After which, I felt sore. When I walk the area where my thigh joins my abdomin hurts and I feel as if I have arthritus. I believe, it’s a groin pull.

    Anybody had one, how did you treat it? how long do you think it will take to heal? and when can I return to train?
