    Does anyone use a ShocKnife in their edged weapons training? I am getting a couple of these for our 2009 basic and in-service training.

    Just wanting to get some pros/cons from anyone that has used it.

    First, WELCOME. Nice to have more instructors on this thread.

    I have not personally used, but heard plenty of great training stories as a result of other instructors using them! I have heard nothing but positive comments about them. If you have it in your budget to purchase some, then go for it!

    But, don’t forget to let us know what you think about them..

    Yeah they hurt, definitely give you a realistic approach to training. Pete has used them a few times on us here in San Antonio. Definitely worth it
