Gaurd Dog has it right. If one part hurts, let it go and focus on the other parts. CrossFit has been great for me and helping my Krav. The key is to make sure to warm-up before the WODs. They are intense and short! Don’t let the brevity fool you…you’ll be sorry. HSPUs are a mother. I can only do incline ones now. I don’t know if Dog is Jeff Martin, but he is pretty advanced in CrossFit. The only \”wacky\” thing about CrossFit is on the third day, which is rest day, there are political discussion which exercises ones brain muscle and the items posted for discussion are often tilted way to the conservative right. It makes for interesting debate.
The key is to focus on the exercises, they can only help you in Krav.
