All around 3 min rounds workout
All around workout routine 28 min
Boxing 2 min and 3 min rounds
MT 2 min and 3 min rounds

What’s the “I go you go” one? Do you have a link or anything I can find it from. If you like Mitt work I’ll send you some info on a workshop I did for the KM school where I train. Would appreciate your feedback.

its easy, do a round then switch whos turn it is to punch. IE I go then you go LOL
