Tom Gavrilos or Victor Marx?

I’m not sure i am in the right section as One is a Pro MMA Fighter and the other one a 7th Degree Hapkido I believe. I just wanted an expert opinion and this seemed like the best place.

What do you think the chances of a pistol with a SAO trigger going off in either of those? To me – I think its pretty high. They do look slick though.

Both look cool but I feel like Marx’s technique is less telegraphic and thus more practical. Both look like you’ll need to take full advantage of the “wtf just happened,” reaction you’ll probably get considering you’re not attacking the gunman with anything other than taking the gun away, so a high amount of coordination will be needed to ensure the gun is facing the proper direction (away from you) when you’re done with the disarm.

Reminds me of the gun disarm that Jackie Chan does at the 2:30 mark
