    hey all, Im training for the Tough Mudder event in Oct in Englishtown NJ. wondering if anyone else has done one before and has any tips or pointers for injury free training. thanks in advance

    Strength training has value for runners, drink water, every couple of weeks take a week off for nothing but light/warm up non-impact cardio and stretching.
