I had an MRI done on my knee last week. I injured it running two years ago, and I felt like I needed to have it checked out if I planned to continue with Krav.
Turns out I have Chondromalacia (softening of the cartilage under the kneecap). He said I can heal it with specific exercises, but he is telling me not to do squats, stairs, or run. I want to test October 24th, and I need to work on my cardio here at home a few times a week. Can anyone recommend some alternate activities that I can do to get my heart rate up?
Thanks,
Jenn
