It all depends on what the objective is doesn’t it?
For self defense then opt for something like JKD / Krav Maga, even western boxing would be a good start.
If your looking for a formal system then there is sooo much to chose from all the CMS / JMA etc :dunno:
If I was looking for something new… Aikido. Very cool and is a good augment to anything else you already have.

I took a class once and it reminded me of Hapkido/Aikido but without the set structure, more unorthodox (intended as a complement). I liked it. I am looking for a more simple straightforward approach to combative/defensive tactics. This is why I’m taking up Krav Maga. That and I think it will be a great mix with BJJ.
