Well… Errrr… I really wasn’t going to buy it – but somehow the ninja convinced me that I HAD to… 😛 :dunno:

OK, seriously… I’ve mentioned it before, & I’ll no doubt mention it again – Rory Miller’s Meditations on Violence is an absolute MUST-read for anyone who’s seriously considering defending themselves and/or their family. It just destroys a lot of the “fantasy thinking” around the use of force, & makes you sit back & really take a look at what’s involved. Hell, I’m seriously considering giving a copy to a couple of older teen boys in my family, just so they (hopefully!) don’t get into a bad situation because of the aforementioned “fantasy thinking”.

Well i am going to read Ultimate fitness by Sang H because i heard lot about this book and its contents. I have craze to read it. I am sure that this book will be so informative for me.
