Re: Whey Protein Facts
Whey proteins of course work much better than soy. I have seen an intense change in my body since I started using whey protein. The mass in the body seems to be growing pretty well helping me to build up muscles out of it pretty much easily.

Protein is an important component of every cell in the body. Hair and nails are mostly made of protein. Your body uses protein to build and repair tissues. You also use protein to make enzymes, hormones, and other body chemicals. Protein is an important building block of bones, muscles, cartilage, skin, and blood. Thanks
