Jon Pascal serves as U.S. Chief Instructor of Krav Maga Worldwide and holds the rank of 8th Degree Black Belt. With more than four decades of training experience, his instructional leadership is rooted in direct lineage, operational credibility, and deep fidelity to the system’s original principles.

Jon was one of Darren Levine’s earliest students in the United States, beginning his Krav Maga journey at just 12 years old at Heschel Day School during the system’s formative years. That early immersion shaped not only his technical foundation, but his understanding of Krav Maga as a structured, principle-driven system designed for real-world survival. His connection to those early days provides continuity between the system’s origins and its modern evolution.

Over the past decades, Jon has become a cornerstone of Krav Maga Worldwide’s global footprint. As leader of the Force Training Division, he has overseen the development and delivery of professional training to more than 1,000 local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies, as well as hundreds of U.S. military units stationed domestically and internationally. Under his leadership, the division has supported over 7,500 instructors and brought disciplined, life-saving training to operational communities where performance carries real consequence.

Jon brings over 25 years of law enforcement experience and currently serves as a reserve officer with a law enforcement agency in Los Angeles County. His continued service ensures that his instruction remains grounded in field reality, not abstraction. Through extensive domestic and international teaching engagements, he has earned the trust of law enforcement, security, and military communities worldwide.
